A small image can be tiled on desktop like tiles are pasted on wall. For this,

1. Open Display Properties dialog box. (Control Panel >> Display)

2. Go to the Desktop Tab

3. Click Browse and chose your image

4. Open Position combo box and choose Tile from there.

5. Click Apply.
