Your image is small to fit in the desktop and the option ‘Center’ is chosen in Position drop down list, so, it is being displayed on the center of the screen.

To cover whole desktop with same image you need to set the Position option with Stretch.

  1. Open Display Properties dialog box. (Control Panel >> Display)
  2. Go to the Desktop Tab
  3. Open Position combo box and choose Stretch from there.
  4. Click Apply.
